Training Options

From bench press to burpees, stair running to squats, fun runs and marathons to triathlon, boxing and bootcamp, we’ve got you covered. Include an ultra modern gym space and you’re spoilt for choice.


We’ve got it all. Cardio equipment, resistance machines, dumbbells, Olympic weights, a variety of racks and benches, punching bags, outdoor options including bush trails and more. You’ll find everything you need to challenge yourself or be challenged. A trainer will be with you - always. You will NEVER be allowed to be bored or lost at 100 Candles.

Group Fitness

Group fitness classes are run at various hours, take a look at our timetable. Group fitness classes will also feature the amazing range of venues we have locally. From Sans Souci to Cronulla to Como to Kurnell to Audley to Bulli and anywhere inbetween.


Group sessions can be accessed through:


  • Casual sessions for $15 per session
  • 10 visit pass for $130
  • 20 visit pass for $220
  • Unlimited term pass for $308


Passes are not transferable and only valid during the school term in which they are purchased.

Personal Training

Just you and your trainer, working one on one in a state of the art gym. It does not get any better. Small group personal training sessions up to 3 people are also available for competitive rates.  All personal training is by appointment.

Specialty Programs

Always presented by experienced and qualified coaches, runners and triathletes at all levels are well catered for across a range of distances and events. Gold Coast, Sutherland to Surf, Blackmores Running Festival and Husky Half to name a few are regularly attended and a range of distance options including half-marathon, 10km and events for the kids, we visit exciting destinations not only within Australia, but overseas too.


In the lead up to triathlon season we run our very own 100 Candles beginner events with full mock-up features to give athletes of all levels a chance to participate in a ZERO pressure environment. Through this 100 Candles athletes then confidently graduate to go on and compete at sprint, Olympic, long course and even ironman distances. We even win medals!!

On-Line Coaching

If budget, location or availability are barriers to exercise, let 100 Candles remove them with the simple use of technology. From an entire marathon training program to triathlon, weight loss/muscle gain programs and more, we’ve had great success coaching on-line. Phone support often accompanies this type of training and has proven to be very effective.
